Left Click the "Time" to open the "Settings" Window to enable or disable the "Always On Top" Setting.

I hope to include "Colour Changing" Functionality in a future release of "TICK-TOCK-CLOCK" so both the "Time" and "Background" Colours can be changed either to set colours or to "Code Defined" colours.

Some of this code has already been written but has been disabled until totally complete and tested...
